We will head over to Hyde Park and tour FDR's Home & Museum.  After, we will head over to the CIA

and enjoy lunch at The American Bounty.    This trip is sponsored by  The Town of Pine Plains ~ Adult Recreation Department.

The Town of Pine Plains is accepting applications for the position of Motor Equipment Operator.  This is a full time, permanent position.  Applicants must possess a valid NYS Class A orB CDL license and pass physical and drug testing prior to employment.  Applicants must possess mechanical abilities; have experience in maintaining equipment operated by the department and carry out work assignments with minimal supervision.  Ability to perform manual labor, including heavy lifting in all weather conditions is essential.  Job will include operation of equipment and machinery as well as a variety of tasks in connection with the construcction, repair, snow removal, drainage and maintenance of Town owned roads and properties.  Applications are available from the Highway Superintendent during regular business hours at 20 Highway Blvd., Pine Plains, NY 12567.  Completed applicatioons are due to the Highway Superintendent by Thursday, November 10, 2016 by 3:30pm. The Town of Pine Plains is an E.O.E.
Legal Notice - Special Meeting

Please take notice that the Town Board of Pine Plains will hold a Special Meeting on November 10th at 6:00pm, at the Pine Plains Town Hall, 3284 Rte. 199, Pine Plains, NY 12567.
Purpose of said meeting is to discuss salaries for the 2017 budget and to approve the 2017 Preliminary Budget to the 2017 Proposed Budget.
At said meeting any resident of the Town shall be entitled to speak.

Heroic Food Seeking Veteran Program Director

Heroic Food is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Temporary Veteran Program Director.  This positiion is a temporary (up to 6 months with possible option for extension), part time (up to 30 hours a week with possible full time option). Position requires residence in Columbia County, NY, or nearby counties in the mid-Hudson valley.  Starts immediately.
