Please take notice that the regular meeting of the Pine Plains Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Tuesday, November 25th, 2014 at 7:00PM instead of 7:30PM.  The meeting will be held at the Pine Plains Town Hall located at 3284 Route 199, Pine Plains, New York.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town of Pine Plains Zoning Board of Appeals on the 25th day of November, 2014, at 7:00PM at the Town Hall, 3284 Route 199, Pine Plains, New York, for the purpose of hearing all persons for or against the area variance application by John Anderson, 73 Hammertown Road, Town of Pine Plains, Dutchess County, NY, Tax Map #134200-6872-00-871015-0000.  The applicant requests a side yard setback variance for the purpose of installing a swimming pool.

 

All interested parties will be given an opportunity to he heard with regard to this proposed action. The application is available for review at the Pine Plains Town Hall during regular business hours.
